Great or Mild Expectations?

Posted by lev2000 on July 2, 2008

I figure we each have two ways we can look at the new school year.

1. One more year closer to being done with school!

2. One more year, crap!

Either way, I want to know which one you are. Interpret as you wish. If you are so special that you don’t fit into either catagory, make up your own and explain. In the end you need to explain why you chose the “perspective for the year” that you did.

I am person #2, no doubt. I have already completed high school myself and, if you think about it, this is my first year back in nearly a decade. Crap! On top of that, I have to teach people who are much closer to adulthood than 12-year-olds! Crap again!
I am looking forward to this school year, however; seeing old faces, meeting new students and talking about writing and literature with you all just makes this English teacher giddy inside.
    Go ahead, laugh!

    Here’s to the future!

I am the person that just wants to be done with school. I really don’t think that everything here is always necessary. So I guess I just really want to graduate and get it over with. The End

I think that I have one more year closer to the end of my school life but then i also think that ooh crap i have one more year. I mean, don’t get me wrong, I love school to a point but its also nice to get more sleep during the day. Plus I like my teachers. They make my school day go faster rather than if I had a boring teacher. lol i give teachers a lot of credit cuz I could never deal with so many students in one day let alone for a whole school year.

One more year closer to being done, becasue i cant wait to be an adult but i still like being a teenager and free to have fun whenever. school is still something to do and somewhere to see your friends but just the waking up part makes school sound so bad if school started later more kids wouldn’t hate school as much.

One more year of school yes!!!!!!! I picked this one b/c i think school is very inportent for u to do well make good grades It will be better to just get it done with and deal with it b/c if u plan on going on to bigger and better thinks it will be better for u to know that u are taking your time and not rushing through nobody makes it very far. When they blow things off and there not exided that its there last year. Me on the other hand, Im ready to my next year even know im just in the beginning of this year.
